Aventurine Crystal Gemstone

Aventurine is a rare mineral from the group of silicates which is a variety of quartz. The green colour is due to the presence of chromium. 

Aventurine is used in lithotherapy primarily by people who have nervous problems, or stress. It helps to calm down, eliminates problems with falling asleep.
